We came to South Bend to cheer for the Irish and were able to enjoy our down time in this cozy and well appointed rental. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and the space was perfect. We will stay again.

The home perfectly suited our needs. The properties amenities were updated and the home was very clean.
The Queen beds are closer to a Double bed in size but very comfortable. My husband and I are above average height so this matters to us but may not to most.
The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and felt safe. We would rent again.

We stayed at this home for a baseball tournament at Notre Dame. Cute house with newly updated, modern inside. Neighborhood was fine. Home was very clean and comfortable but small. Older home with squeaky floors, thin walls, narrow stairs. Bedrooms and bathroom were nice. Beds were doubles (small) but very comfortable. Kitchen was great but not well stocked with simple things like salt, pepper, sugar, wine bottle opener. Limited pots and pans. TV was tricky to use. Loved having a washer and dryer. Location was great! Home was walkable to a beautiful bike path that led to downtown Notre Dame and campus. Overall, we had a great stay and the home worked perfectly for our needs. A few little things and I would have easily given 5 stars.
