We were two adults and one dog. Although my dog was a bit over the weight requirement, Michelle was kind enough to make an exception. We had a different house reserved that was pulled off of VRBO that left us scrambling for a new pet-friendly property near Greer. We are older adults and I often need to use a cane. So the 15 stairs to get up to the bedrooms was challenging. My 9 year old dog also struggled on the stairs. The stairs were not a surprise but turned out to be more challenging than anticipated.Trains run very close to the property and the horns are fairly frequent and quite loud overnight. We are not light sleepers so this was not a problem for us but could be for light sleepers.The townhouse itself was nice. There were a few issues that I communicated with Michelle. She was always very nice and quick to reply to my messages.The townhouse itself is a little over a year old. I hope that over time they will consider adding more furniture to the bedrooms (dressers or tables).
