When you stay with us you’ll enjoy a relaxing and inviting atmosphere with comfortable furniture and bedding inside a crisp, clean environment with all the essentials. Theres a queen bed that sleeps two and if you have children or other guests staying with you, there’s a fold-out twin bed as well as a sofa long enough to sleep on. You’ve got a fully equipped kitchen, a full bath with shower, and even your own washer and dryer! There’s a dedicated parking spot for you in the driveway and you have your own private entrance to your cozy abode of tranquility. You’ve got wifi to keep you connected and two TVs to stream all of your favorites. Right outside your door is a patio with chairs and a gas fire pit where you can enjoy a view of the yard and the sunset while sipping on a glass of wine, bourbon, or your favorite beverage. This unit is located just minutes from everything Greenville and the surrounding areas have to offer. Two minutes from I-385 which takes you into downtown GVL in less than 10 minutes, or to Simpsonville and Fountain Inn in just 10-15. You’re only 10 minutes from GSP airport and easy access to Spartanburg, Greer, Easley and Anderson. There are loads of things to do in this area, the weather is great, and you’ll love staying here where you are surrounded by places to get food, drink, shopping and sightseeing!

I was a nervous first-time VRBO user. My main concern was with cleanliness and safety. This place was immaculate, easy to find, and in a very safe neighborhood. Leon was always very quick to respond to my questions and accommodating to my requests. We had a wonderful weekend that my daughter will cherish and never forget. I'll definitely try to get this place again if I ever make it back to Greenville.

Great spot. Close to downtown and easy to get in and out. The space is basically a finished basement.

Leon was easy to get in contact with and very accomadating, especially after having to deal with hurricane Helene. Nice quiet area that's still near a lot of great spots. Only issue is the main entry doesn't have a direct path. Otherwise its a great place.
