About this house rental
Charming farmhouse surrounded by a garden of +/- 1500m2 in the sun.
The accommodation occupies the entire 1st floor.
On the first floor, there are 3 rooms: the games room allowing access to the accommodation, the pool house (accessible) and our DIY workshop (not accessible)
The pool area is enclosed (perfect with young children).
During your stay, the pool will be exclusively for you!
Sun loungers, mattresses, parasols, garden furniture, plancha, swing, teepee-shaped hut, trampoline, bicycles, toys, games, books... available. (tell us the age of the children and we will adapt the leisure activities offered).
Football field, tennis court, city stadium, bowling green, cross bike course just behind the house.
All in a quiet area in a pretty village. Small grocery store and nice restaurant on site. Large supermarket (Intermarché) very well stocked 6 km away.
You can visit nearby: Loches, Chinon, Azay, Villandry, Chenonceaux and their castles. But also Tours (25mn), the Futuroscope (45mn), the Beauval zoo (1h00)....
You can therefore alternate between sun loungers and cultural visits.
If you have any questions, I will be happy to answer them!

The property is excellent though it’s probably worth mentioning that it is all on the first floor. Pool is fantastic. Very hot whilst we stayed so maybe another couple of fans would be useful though air conditioning would be a good upgrade.

My family had a lovely stay at Vanessa’s property. The pool was beautiful, and the house was well equipped for a family with children under 5. There were more than enough toys to occupy our little ones, and they loved having the choice of spending hours in the pool, or on the trampoline. Would love to stay again!
