Ideal for multiple families, this 4,800+ sq. ft. ranch-style home on a 1-acre lot features 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, 4 baths, 2 full kitchens, and a spacious finished basement. Sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy a canoe, 3 kayaks, and a paddleboard for lakeside fun. A perfect getaway with space, comfort, and activities for everyone!

this place is perfect for family or friends gathering or celebrating an occasionplenty of space the view is spectacular, you have view of the lake.the firepit is perfect for nighttime fun. i would highly recommend this place.EXCELLENT********

We have stayed here several times to get together with family & friends. The main house has super overnight accommodations and the boathouse/game room & large parking area make this house a great place to host a good time on beautiful Lake Oconee. This was our first time staying since it was recently renovated and the additional shower in the boat house and the kitchen & living area redo in the main house elevated the value this property brings to anyone looking for a rental or even an additional residence. We hope to be back soon!
