Ideal for multiple families, this 4,800+ sq. ft. ranch-style home on a 1-acre lot features 4 bedrooms, a bunk room, 4 baths, 2 full kitchens, and a spacious finished basement. Sleeps up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy a canoe, 3 kayaks, and a paddleboard for lakeside fun. A perfect getaway with space, comfort, and activities for everyone!

We have stayed here several times to get together with family & friends. The main house has super overnight accommodations and the boathouse/game room & large parking area make this house a great place to host a good time on beautiful Lake Oconee. This was our first time staying since it was recently renovated and the additional shower in the boat house and the kitchen & living area redo in the main house elevated the value this property brings to anyone looking for a rental or even an additional residence. We hope to be back soon!

Absolutely great house and great location with your own little inlet with your own dock. Kids loved the game room and the kayaks. House was clean and updated! Large kitchen (having a large family, that is a huge priority) with pleanty of counter space. Bedrooms were clean and updated (plenty of beds)! Bathrooms were clean and updated. The porch and deck are clean with plenty of seating and a great view! Check in/out was a breeze and communication with the owner was easy and prompt!. I would definitely rebook this house!

Our stay was great! House was exactly as described. Boat ramp was 2 minutes from house. Boat slip was nice. We had a wonderful time

This home was amazing to celebrate the new year holiday with my family. We had 10 people with us and everyone was perfectly accommodated. The home was clean, spacious, and was fully stocked just like the description in the listing. We booked last minute, and the host was communicative from the beginning and up until we left to wish us safe travels. The fire pit and game room were a big hit. My husband brought his boat and went out on the lake to fish with my brother. Very peaceful neighborhood. The views of the lake were spectacular. I definitely recommend booking here and would love to come back again.
