Umkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsseltresor, voll ausgestattet, sogar Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine waren vorhanden. Ruhige Lage in einem Wohnhaus. McDonald für Frühstück in 5 min. erreichbar.
Kleinigkeiten haben (noch) gefehlt: Mülleimer im Bad, Duschwand konnte nicht fixiert werden, Anleitung für TV hat gefehlt (wollte normale TV-Programme schauen).

Il valore aggiunti è che è a 25 minuti dal centro ma in zona tranquilla e con parcheggio privato gratuito visto che parcheggiare a Graz significa spendere almeno 20€ al giorno.
Struttura penalizzata dal selfcheck in che impedisce un rapporto diretto con il proprietario una volta arrivati sul posto seppur essendo in ristrutturazione la facciata si sia più volte preoccupato di eventuali problemi legati ai lavori stessi.

Die Einrichtung hat alles was es für einen Kurzaufenthalt braucht.
Netflix nicht aktiviert. Die Balkontür ist schlecht justiert und liess sich nur mit Gewalt öffnen. Die Hocker an der Bar sind selbst für große Menschen zu niedrig. Langes Haar im Bett. Nur ein Handtuch für eine Woche, auf Nachfrage wurden weitere zur Verfügung gestellt. Essig in der Küche ist eingetrocknet.
