Conveniently located in between two 7/11’s, a Tops supermarket and short walk to BTS St Louis. Easy for Grab food and transport to find. Inside was well fitted, a rare 3 bedroom find for my family of 6 in the heart of Bangkok. Facilities were great with modern washer/dryer and kitchen. Contact with host was great, very quick to respond and accommodating, can’t fault it. Comfortable beds as well with great AC. A real gem in amongst a busy local street.
Noise from the street is 24/7 due to it being Bangkok, though every effort has been made to insulate the sound, it is a loud location to be in. I personally didn’t mind but if you are sensitive to traffic noise/motorbikes then bear that in mind.

The bed and the room is nice. A living is cozy and suitable for a group of people.
I saw a few cockroaches. And it was unpleasant because of smelly canal from the bathroom.
