You get what you pay for. Excellent staff as per Thai tradition. Room was clean and daily cleaning was done well. As seen in other reviews on the weg regarding broken elevators and cockroach everywhere, 5 of 6 elevators worked and didn't see a single.bug.
room could use some paint here and there, but again, you get what you pay for.

Location. The rooms are a reasonable size.
There was a bad smell in the foyer, as l exited the room. The room that l was in, needs a lot of cosmetic work to be done! eg… chipped shower tiles; bad paint job on the wall onto bathroom tiles.
