Serenity on the Esplanade - walk to town

Overall the property was very nice. Super roomy, nice kitchen, extra water closet was a bonus. It was an easy walk into town. Comfy living area to spread out in. Also liked the two balconies - one up and one down.

Management company could provide better customer service. I had a small packaged shipped to their office, and although I asked them in advance about where to ship it to ensure it got to me, I had to follow up several times as no one was able to tell me if it had arrived or not - even though the person that sent it had the tracking info that confirmed it had been signed for. The phone number they provide goes to a call center in Manila. After some google digging we were able to find a local number. We had to ask our Uber to stop by the office on the way to the airport and we were able to pick it up. But it just should not have been that hard to sort it out. Kind of put a damper on the whole stay. In addition - even though there were signs everywhere asking people to be quiet, there was still a lot of voice noise you could hear at night when neighbors were coming back after a night out. I also found the entry door/stair situation to be nearly dangerous. The door opens and the stairs that go down to the bedrooms are right there! Need to keep all the lights on so you don't take a mis-step and tumble down the stairs.

Quiet, peaceful and well maintained. This was the perfect spot for my friend and I to stay in for a few nights whilst we explored Queenstown and surrounds.
