A studio apartment on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to views over Lake Wakatipu including views of the TSS Earnslaw and surrounding gardens.
Bedrooms: Open-plan studio sleeping area, with views over Lake Wakatipu including views of the TSS Earnslaw and surrounding gardens.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with standing showers (one ensuite).
Living areas: Open-plan living with fireplace.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with falcon rangehood, fridge freezer with ice and water, dishwasher, inverter microwave, toaster and rice cooker, studio kitchenette includes bar fridge.
Balcony: Yes, outdoor area by front door and patio off dining room.
