    A good place to rest and recoup in Hanoi. It has all the basics amminities plus free laundry on the rooftop. Conveniently located in a neighborhood with restaurants near by. There is a cafe right next to the place and has convenient store near by. The staff are accomindating. I would recommend this place.

    I stay at hotel 2 days. The room is clean, have large window with sunny and windy. The smell is good. We was provided a chip key and can access 24/24. However, the staff is not too friendly. It can be seen as a minus point. In other hand, it could be good if have a fan for the room.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and overall the prices are reasonable and the location is convenient. However, I recently had an unpleasant experience with one middle-aged female staff member with short hair. One evening, I arrived late and checked in at around 10 p.m. Unfortunately, 30 mins later the staff gave me the wrong room and later sent another guest up to switch rooms. I cooperated and moved without any complaint. The next day, at about 12:15 p.m., while I was on the phone and packing to check out, the same staff member knocked on my door in a very rude manner and questioned what I intended to do with the room. I fully understand hotel policies regarding overtime charges and have no issue paying extra if needed. When I went downstairs to check out at 12:20 p.m., she spoke to me angrily and said, “Why do you always make me call like this?” She then asked me to pay for overtime, which I did without hesitation. I don’t mind paying additional fees at all, but I do believe that staff should communicate with guests more politely and professionally. A better attitude would greatly improve the overall guest experience.
