About this villa rental
Warning ! There will be on going construction during 2025 / 2026 on land on the east side of this house. Apartments are being built on the east side of the land which is clearly visible from our driveway, bbq area and pool area. There is a possibility of noise or dust depending on what stage the builders are at when you arrive. There will be a fence built by the builders next to our outside garden wall with a distance of around 1 metre separating us from them.

Beautiful villa great location south facing pool which meant pools was fantastic, great commutations with Daniel if advice needed , the only down side was the mattress were very hard a mattress topper would make a lot of difference . All in all lovely villa

Of the 3 properties we stayed in Portugal, this was our favourite. Close to shopping, restaurants, marina and beach. The property itself worked very well for our group and we were able to enjoy the pool in October without heating it because of the nice weather. Daniel was easy to reach and even allowed us to drop off our luggage a few hours before check in. Would definitely return.

The property is ideally located, and is lovely. They're are a couple of minor things that need to be addressed, but very minor. Ideally two sets of keys would be handy, as it meant we had to arrange places to leave the key, which could easily be over come by a lock box on the wall or another set of keys. More sunloungers are needed, currently there are two sunloungers for a six person villa. We overcame this by buying lilo, but it would have been nice to have enough sunloungers.
