Welcome to Casa dos Sonhos, a spacious and beautifully positioned four-bedroom villa in the popular Albardeira area of Lagos. Ideally located close to Lagos Marina and the golden sands of Meia Praia, the villa offers the perfect combination of comfort, privacy and convenient access to the Algarve’s many attractions.

Spacious Open-Plan Living

On entering Casa dos Sonhos, you’ll find a bright and welcoming open-plan living and dining area. Three sets of patio doors open directly onto the pool terrace, filling the room with natural light and creating a wonderful connection between the indoor and outdoor living spaces.

The comfortable lounge provides plenty of seating for the whole group, with two sofas and two armchairs, while the dining area features a table seating up to 8 guests.

There is also a TV and DVD player. The villa receives Portuguese television channels, while UK television and other streaming services can be accessed via the internet on your own devices.

A convenient ground-floor cloakroom with WC and wash basin is located in the entrance hall.

The well-equipped kitchen is separated from the dining area by a useful breakfast bar and includes everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay.

Casa dos Sonhos features four well-appointed bedrooms across two floors.

Ground Floor

The ground-floor bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite shower room and patio doors opening directly onto the pool terrace.

First Floor

The first-floor accommodation comprises three further bedrooms.

The bedroom at the top of the stairs features a king-size bed. Patio doors open onto the spacious communal first-floor terrace.

The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds and also benefits from patio doors leading onto the communal terrace. The terrace includes a table and chairs, providing a lovely spot to sit and enjoy the surrounding countryside views.

These two bedrooms share a family bathroom equipped with a bath and overhead shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.

The final bedroom is another twin room with two single beds and benefits from its own en-suite shower room with wash basin, WC and bidet. Patio doors lead to a smaller private terrace.

Private South-Facing Pool & Outdoor Space

Outside, Casa dos Sonhos really comes into its own. The south-facing pool terrace enjoys sunshine throughout the day, making it an ideal place to relax and make the most of the Algarve’s wonderful climate.

The private swimming pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and is surrounded by spacious terraces, a small garden area and comfortable sun loungers. There is pool heating available for an extra fee.

For outdoor dining, there is a large table with 8 chairs, providing the perfect setting for breakfast in the sunshine, relaxed lunches or evening meals under the Algarve sky.

Excellent Location

Casa dos Sonhos is situated on the hillside above Lagos Marina, just a short distance from the beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia.

The marina is approximately a 15–20 minute walk from the villa and offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafés and shops. From the marina, a pedestrian footbridge takes you across to the historic centre of Lagos, where you can explore its charming cobbled streets, colourful market squares, traditional restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and local markets.

Meia Praia, one of the Algarve’s most beautiful sandy beaches, is approximately a 15-minute walk away. The long, golden beach offers a selection of beachfront restaurants as well as a range of watersports during the summer months. Lifeguards are present during the main summer season.

Golf enthusiasts are also well catered for, with Palmares, Boavista and Penina Golf Courses all within approximately a 5–15 minute drive.

Families will find plenty to enjoy in the surrounding area, with a selection of water parks and theme parks within approximately 30 minutes by car.
