Location, cleanliness and spacious living

Kitchen equipment were limited, dis not know about the tedious checkin in advance and the cleaners moved our stuff to different rooms and floors including medications.

On a eu du mal à régler la température du logement le premier jour il faisait 30C au niveau inférieur ! De plus les visites du logement qui ont eu lieu pendant notre séjour étaient quand même contraignantes surtout quand les bagages et les affaires sont bougées…

Die Lage war sehr gut, mitten im Herzen von Chelsea in "worlds end" und nur 2 Straßen von der Stamfordbridge entfernt. Das Haus war einfach nur Premium, tolle Ausstattung.

Leider hat der Kühlschrank nicht funktioniert, aber man konnte das Problem mit dem Gastgeber sehr bequem und schnell lösen.

The house was as advertised in terms of location, layout and amenities. The customer team was responsive and helpful.

The cleanliness was nowhere near standard. While everything was generally in place, the house was very dirty and not ‘guest quality’ clean. The property is also much more worn out and older than the photos suggest. In one of the bedrooms, the lighting barely worked (no proper lights and others unreliable), and the curtain was broken and wouldn’t go up. More generally, the house felt outdated and in need of proper maintenance and a deep clean. The pillows and throws in particular were not clean, and cleaners were placing them directly onto the beds on top of fresh sheets, which was quite off-putting. Our biggest criticism, as mentioned in other reviews, was the constant disruptions to our stay. We had two house viewings over our 10-day stay, which were pre-warned but still inconvenient. In addition to this, the managers scheduled other visits (e.g. cleaners, fridge delivery and electrician appointments) with long time windows where access to the property was requested or we were asked to be present, with little consideration for guests. This impacted the overall sense of privacy and quiet enjoyment. Overall, the stay was disappointing in several respects, with clear areas for improvement, particularly around cleanliness, maintenance, and minimising disruptions during the stay.
