    Hotel is in a great location but lacked a family-suited dining option (as the bar did not feel inviting for families). The bathroom was small and cramped but other than those it was a fine hotel with a decent experience overall.

    The most overpriced hotel I’ve stayed at in recent memory. Nice rooms but the inept front desk ruined it. If I’d designed this hotel I’d be so sad to know it was being run the way it is. — No hot water in our room. Front desk kept saying they’d fixed it but then we’d try shower and it wasn’t hot. Had to push for a new room. Then the second room didn’t get fully hot water in peak times, morning/evening. Reading reviews now it seems lots of people have a similar issue. At this price point not having hot water is insane. — Rooftop and gym was closed due to construction despite still being advertised on their website — Front desk refused our breakfast room service request, despite breakfast room service literally being advertised on their website — Restaurant wait staff were lovely but ill trained and often messed up orders
