Casa molto bella e spaziosa, con salone 5x8, comode camere da letto, ampia cucina, due bagni comodissimi con docce grandi, lavanderia. Terrazze ed aiuole, barbecue estremamente funzionale in muratura, ottima doccia esterna. Attrezzata benissimo: 2 potenti condizionatori d'aria, grande ventola a soffitto in cucina, tavoli e tante sedie all'interno, tavolo grande e sedie all'esterno, brandine e sedioline da spiaggia. All'esterno fari che si accendono automaticamente al tramonto. In casa è disponibile il "manuale utente". Terrazza panoramica sul tetto. La posizione è strategica subito fuori dalla bolgia di Marina di Modica attraversando la provinciale, per muoversi raccomando la macchina.

Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Super organisiert mit Schlüsselbox und später Ankuft, sowie telefonischer Kontakt für alle benötigten Infos. Die Villa war sehr groß, tolle Dachterasse, Grill, Terasse, ZWEI Badezimmer (super komfortabel), angenehme Zimmergrößen und superweiche, ausziehbare Couch! Outdoor Dusche und Waschmöglichkeiten sind da, Küche war gut ausgestattet!! Parkmöglichkeit in und vor der Villa. Die Zone Marina di Modica ist schön, die Strände ganz ok, abends klein aber fein, wenn man an der Promenade noch unterwegs sein möchte. Nette Städte in der Umgebung: Ragusa, Scicli, Modica....
Liegt an der Hauptstraße. Für Einkäufe ist es besser, das Auto zu benutzen.
