Proprietari gentili e disponibili. Posizione strategica vicino al mare, spiaggia libera e anche lido attrezzato. Posizione vicina al centro di Marina di Modica. Nell'appartamento c'è tutto il necessario per soggiornare in relax godendosi la location.
Ci sono più appartamenti, ma nell'appartamento al primo piano ci sono da fare le scale a chiocciola. Chiedete prima le disponibilità degli appartamenti per evitare inconvenienti, ma nulla di cui preoccuparsi.

we liked the terace and the view, very helpful owner, there wasnt much equipement but he gave us everything we needed, comfortable bed
we couldnt use a wardrobe and drawer because of the “old” smell inside
