Acceso sencillo y con entrada adaptada, espacios amplios en cocina y salón, habitaciones de buenas dimensiones y cama del dormitorio principal de buen tamaño. Los muebles están prácticamente nuevos y todo estaba muy limpio a nuestra llegada. El equipamiento de la cocina es muy completo incluyendo, cafetera eléctrica, tostador, exprimidor, microondas, horno y lavadora, enseres de cocina más que suficientes ordenados y en buen estado. Bastante silencio en el entorno, el aislamiento acústico es suficiente, el barrio es un barrio residencial por lo que tampoco hay mucho movimiento de personas.... a unos 200 metros hay una calle con bares, panadería, frutería.... El autobús nº 13 para a escasos 100 metros del apartamento y te lleva hasta la playa de la Concha, la frecuencia es fantástica no hay que esperar mucho.

Antes de llegar, el anfitrión nos mandó datos de ubicación, video de uso, etc. Lo indispensable, nuevo y limpio.
Nos coincidieron andamios en el edificio, algo que no imputable al propietario, y que no afectaron a la estancia.
