Big Island Kona Mansions 110C by Coldwell Banker Island Vacations

The location is awesome. It is a 5 minute walk to Kailua-Kona Village, with lots of shops and restaurants, and lots of surf. We walked there every day. The king size bed is quite comfortable, and the ceiling fans work very well. We used the air conditioner when we arrived but didn't need it much because the temps were in the 70s, even during the kona low storm. The place was spotless, and there are dishwasher and laundry pods plus a coffee grinder. The kitchen is well equipped. The couch is comfortable. We used the umbrella provided, but it is on its last legs. Bathroom is fine with a good shower. Coldwell Banker was helpful and responsive to our needs. Neighbors are friendly.

There is no view. There is a sliding glass door in the back, but the lanai is too tiny to walk outside. Hawaii now has tiny koki frogs that make a lot of noise. If you find yourself in a place that has them, I strongly advise bringing earplugs if you want a good night's sleep.
