-Beautiful view
-Clean
-great air conditioning
-well stocked cooking utensils and functioning appliances including washer/dryer (but, missing can opener)
-nice towels in bathrooms
-Location within walking distance to shops and restaurants
-2 full bathrooms
-Comfortable, King bed
-Quiet at night
-Free parking
-Early morning maintenance and mower/blowers
-Maintenance using parking lot for personal vehicles (including overnight) and as staging area made parking in parking lot intended for the unit challenging -although we found parking at nearby buildings
-Soap in bathroom dispensers was basically water.
-no can opener in kitchen
