The lanai and the location. Comfortable for family of four. Well appointed. Good layout.

No door on master bathroom. AC unit in master bedroom too small. Somewhat dated with big rip in couch.

The location is absolutely fantastic. The view from balcony is amazing. The unit is well stocked with all necessities. The house is artistically decorated. Very comfortable stay. We loved staying there.

The master bedroom bathroom doesn’t have a door. The interiors look old, and I saw a sofa torn on one side.

It was conveniently located. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Unit was roomy for the 5 of us in our family. Kitchen well stocked.

We had an awesome 10 days at this condo. The view from the lanai was spectacular as advertised and the reason I chose this condo. My husband and I walked every day down the hill to the Marriott, along the Wailea beach path and then up again by Polo Beach. It took an hour but our workout was rewarded by amazing views. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved that the fridge had an ice maker and that there was a blender to make Pina Coladas! We loved coming home to the condo after a busy day exploring Maui. I preferred to be home for sunset every day because the view was best from the condo's lanai!

The only issue we had was that the window in the second bedroom did not have blinds and the sun rose quite early and woke up our teenagers sooner than they would have liked.
