Beautiful location, the views are amazing, you can see the ocean view from your bed which was surprisingly comfy, sole use of the garden. Good facilities at the property, & it’s the little things makes the difference like the little cleaning pack they provide for the things you didn’t think about when packing.

The 10am check out, 11 or 12 would be preferred

Lovely apartment, high ceilings and white walls give it a light and spacious feel. Very comfortable, well equipped kitchen and the floor to ceiling windows show off the amazing sea view from the lounge and both bedrooms. Everything and more you could want from a self catering holiday. Convenient 15 minute (downhill) walk into Seaton, with Aldi and Tesco for supplies. The tramway is well worth a trip and so is Colyton village, a short walk from the tram stop. We also negotiated the coast path (extended due to cliff fall) to Beer, another lovely place worth visiting.

Our only regret was the wet weather didn't allow us to sit on the patio and savour the sea view more.
