Clean cozy, the receptionist is very helpful especially Noorhan نورهان she’s very respectful , helpful with positive energy make the stay comfortable ,and all others the restaurant staff and even the security are amazing, 5 stars and we will come back and recommend to friends

فندق رائع يغمرك بإحساس البيت ودفئه من اللحظة الأولى. أتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير للأستاذ خالد على لطفه وأسلوبه الراقي، وللأستاذ هيثم صلاح على اهتمامه البالغ ومساعدته المستمرة، ولالأستاذة نورهان على حسن استقبالها ولباقتها. تجربة متميزة بفضل هذا الطاقم الاستثنائي.

تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس! الفندق مريح جداً ونظيف للغاية، وطاقم العمل اتسم بأعلى درجات الود والاحترافية. أخص بالشكر الجزيل الأستاذة نورهان والأستاذ هيثم صلاح على حسن استقبالهما وتعاونهما الراقي. أنصح بالإقامة فيه بشدة.

The whole experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The food was traditional Egyptian with a hint of Western. The whole staff, from the receptionist to those preparing the food, to housekeeping and the security staff, made you feel welcome at all times and could not do enough for you. I would certainly return and recommend it to anyone.
I would have liked more plugs in the rooms, as I have a lot of electrical equipment. My son would have liked a router in his adjoining room, as his computer did not have wifi so he would have like to plug in an ethernet cable.
