Auf den ersten Blick macht die Wohnung einen sehr guten Eindruck. Der Vermieter war freundlich, stets erreichbar und aufgeschlossen für unsere Probleme.
Boden des Balkons verdreckt (Fettflecken vom Grillen), Strauch wuchert auf den Balkon und hinterlässt Spuren. Wohnraum und Küche: Anscheinend fehlten die Taps für den Geschirrspüler schon länger, da das komplette Geschirr entsprechende Spuren aufwies. Tabs und Abfallbeutel wurden auf Reklamation hin nachgeliefert. Ebenso fehlten Wischtücher. Die Couch war zum Fernseher schlecht positioniert. Fernseher musste fast täglich mit dem WLAN verbunden werden, welches auch regelmäßig für einige Minuten ausfiel. Spinnweben am Heizkörper und in der Ecke; Fenster sollten dringend geputzt werden. Bad: Duschkabine lässt sich nicht richtig schließen (Dichtungen war rausgerissen); Regendusche war defekt; fehlendes Toilettenpapier wurde nachgeliefert. Klodeckel war nicht fest arretiert. Schlafzimmer: Stehlampe war ohne Glühbirne, die Jalousien teils ausgerissen. Außerdem waren diese spartanisch eingerichtet, auf Vorhänge, Deko, Gesamtkörperspiegel wurde verzichtet.
