Modernes Hausboot mit dem tollen Feeling, sich direkt am Wasser zu befinden. Durchdachte Inneneinrichtung. Sehr freundliche Einweisung. Super-Lage am schönen Zentrum von Alghero.
Die eigentliche Wohnfläche ist geringer als gedacht, weil der Raum für die durchgehende Dachterrasse und kleine Terrasse hinter dem Boot ebenfalls berücksichtigt werden.

Interessante Unterkunft in guter Lage.
Die angegebenen 60 qm setzen sich aus der Dachterrasse von 30 qm und dem eigentlichen Wohnbereich von 30 qm zusammen. Es war also wesentlich kleiner als erwartet. Im Bad hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Die angegebene Adresse hat nicht gestimmt. Der Kontakt zur Übergabe war verbesserungsbedürftig.
