Rooms Znjan ligger mycket väl placerat i utkanten av innerstan, nära till både busshållplats och till nybyggda Znjan Beach. Att ta bussen in till gamla stan (d.v.s. centrum) tar ca 10 minuter. Du kan också promenera in till centrum på ca 35-40 minuter, antingen genom stan eller längs med vattnet. 3 min till närmaste livsmedelsbutik och ca 6 min till en större sådan.
Något som jag upplevde saknades var en tvättställning eller liknande för att hänga blöta ting på tork. Däremot fanns krokar på insidan av dörren för det ändamålet. Kylen hade gärna fått vara något större också.
