Großzügiges, neues Bad mit viel Stauraum. Küche ebenfalls neu und groß. Sehr gute Lage dicht am Alten Strom, Leuchtturm und Promenade.

Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist eine einzige Katastrophe, unbequem, rutschig (billiges Plastik). Wäschepaket ohne Küchenhandtücher, stattdessen Küchenpapier - etwas ungewöhnlich. Fewo ist etwas dunkel und leider ohne Terasse/Balkon, aber es ist eben auch eine EG-Wohnung.
