Secluded location so was very private in the rear of property
Pool needs to be relined and also we wasn’t told that someone would come round to add chemicals to the pool. He also took the cleaning net so had to buy one myself

Quality furnishings, good space, great location
Overgrown , untidy garden. Pool needs a new liner inside the pool & also surrounding the pool edge

Modern, stylish ,good quality
First villa rental property in 20 years of renting that didn’t have any cleaning or laundry change. Had to request a linen change which was delivered.
BBQ was under the carport , only useable there or take yourself into the garden ?
Had to ask the rental company about bin and recycling arrangements as no information in the property .
Small thing but only one chopping board in kitchen so meat and vegetable prep difficult if cooking especially with a set of very small knives.
