STAY Athena Villa

It is a beautiful villa with plenty of space

It was lovely and has everything you need would highly recommend.

The villa itself was very nice, clean, modern and reasonably well located

The host company, STAY, was very unprofessional, disorganised and poor to respond to issues that arose both before and during our stay. Their customer liason team only having a rudimentary grasp of English. Damage waiver payments were left until a few days before our arrival (despite my having paid for the villa months before) and then their payment portal was impossible to use from within Cyprus, being set up to require a Cypriot phone number (which they had the gall to deny, despite the fact that one needs to be entered on the first page in order to advance further. This took numerous texts to resolve over two days and many hours, I eventually got the key code only hours before we were due to arrive. They also made no effort to respond in any meaningful way to texts notifying them of the fact that one of the showers didn't work - this didn't matter to us as we weren't using one of the bedrooms anyway, but would have been an issue to anyone who was. We used 3 villa companies during an extended holiday in Cyprus and they were easily the worst.
