La Casa del Porto

Booked last minute due to a cancellation, in hindsight it turned out to be a good thing, the property is located perfectly. The town was peaceful and only 20 minutes away from busy Bari. The host was great. Can’t recommend the property enough.

Šiek tiek triukšminga, na bet juk pats miestelio centras. Statūs laiptai (mums netrukdė, bet svarbu žinoti tiems, kam sunku lipti laiptais).

Appartement très spacieux et surtout avec tout le nécessaire disponible pour la cusinise et le quotidien (condiments, produits entretien, savon, etc). Un appartement où on se sent chez soi dès les premières minutes. Michele est très accessible et disponible sur Whatsapp. L'appartement est idéalement situé, en plein cœur de Giovinazzo, en face du vieux port et d'une charmante place animée la nuit. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Bit different for us as this is an apartment, a big apartment! Half way through a three week train journey around Italy and the washing machine came in really handy! Lovely little balcony that overlooks a little square where the locals congregate, really nice. Big clean and tidy, great WiFi and comfortable bed. Good aircon in bedroom but none in other room so pretty hot at times, but great for drying the clothes washing!

We can take or leave breakfast and the kitchen area was handy but anyone expecting a substantial breakfast would be disappointed. There is a restaurant opposite that even serves a full English breakfast if that is important. Perhaps a delivery of fresh croissants might be a good idea. Any one with mobility issues will struggle with the steep stone steps, so caution there.
