Nothing to review as we were double booked by the hosts

The hosts double booked the property and charged us £55.00 for cancellation even though it wasn't our fault and we travelled to the property Due to their booking policy, we have been charged anyway. We had been charged the full amount 7 days before our arrival and had an email from them saying they were looking forward to seeing us. So to be told it already had guests in it was a surprise !!. We were told on arrival that his property only allows guests to stay 3 nights, but this wasn't the case when we booked our trip.
