The place was beautifully decorated with the little extras left to make your arrival and stay more comfortable. Great Wifi at an excellent price.

Not an issue, but just to make you aware between the kitchen and living space and bedroom, a stairs leads to the main house above. Although I had total privacy, you can hear some noise especially during a guitar lesson. I thought this was a self contained apartment. Was slightly further out of Christchurch than anticipated.

My brother and I stayed as we had house viewings and needed a base to stay to be in this convenient area to achieve what we had to . The hosts were both fantastic and really helpful , we was very comfy and had everything we needed. On arrival we had been given lots of essentials in the welcome pack and the hosts had thoughtfully included everything one needs when you first arrive which was fantastic!! We would definitely stay again and couldn’t rate it highly enough !! Hilary & Matt are both exceptional hosts !! A huge thank you once again both !! Elaine & Jim 😃

We couldn’t fault anything!! It suited our needs comfortably for a short 2 night stay with all home comforts provided.

Lovely one bedroom apartment. All essentials need plus a few extras were left, which is great.

The only issue was having to move the wardrobe to put the bedroom light on. We did use the bedside lamps, but needed the main light on when getting ready.

Just about perfect for my needs. Loved the interesting position of light switches in relation to the furnishings.😀

Not sure where you were allowed to park within the estate, but always found somewhere.
