An enjoyable stay. Convenient to attend events at Thaxted Music Festival.
I believe you might like to consider installing a mirror at the entrance/exit. Some cars travelling towards Thaxted do travel fast, with little time to see them turn the bend in the road as one attempts to drive out. On small extra shelf in the shower room adjacent to the basin would be nice but less of a priority.

Nice individual property, clean and comfortable
Rather cold inside, the weather was terrible. A small portable heater 'just in case' would be helpful.

Great location. Nice bedding..
Quite unwelcoming:: The keys weren't in the place stated in the message, the intercom didn't work and I was kept hanging around after a long journey for the owner to return my phone call. Message on spare bed not to sit on it, or place anything on it! Nowhere to wash dishes. One cup, one glass, one spoon etc - a bit petty! No welcome message or folder of instructions. Heating on at night (after a hot day) but no heating in the morning. No toiletries. TV remote only worked about half a metre away from TV. Curtains wouldn't fully close.
