Great location. Nice, tidy accommodation. Clear check-in and check-out instructions. Lovely, scenic & historic town with good facilities.
You're on the landing path for Stanstead airport. There are planes flying 50ft overhead every 5 minutes and this seemed to go on through the night.

Lovely place and very convenient for the spectacularly beautiful Thaxted. Nice to have fresh milk. Easy wlk to pubs in the village.
Breakfast was underwhelming, and a bit stingy on tea bags and coffee.
