As a new property, the layout was ideal for us, being close to the areas we were visiting.
It seemed obvious that a significant amount of the plaster and painting finish was below standard. Exposed plaster strapping and cornice gaps were a letdown. Similarly, providing non convection cook wear has already resulted in significand damage to the new cooktop. Ensuite sliding door lock did not function, and the black bathmat was covered it toothpaste which we washed.

Everything was beautiful and clean and it felt just like home! Close to shopping centres and nice quiet neighbourhood.
