Premium Family Retreat in Logan Reserve

The size of the house was as advertised and exactly what we needed with regards to bedrooms and bathrooms.

Unfortunately the check in process was already challenging. No communication upfront. No instruction on how to obtain access beforehand. I had to call the number to get insteuction. Upon entry, no information available with regards to WiFi, check out process which normally is provided in airbnb type of accommodation. The house was cleaned but it felt like a quick job (I.e. bathroom mirrors and shower doors were smudgy etc) One of the bedroom had sheets inside out put on etc. It felt it was done in a rush. The kitchen wasnt stacked with enough cutlery, glasses etc for a house with 4 bedrooms. We ended up buying glasses. No wine glasses was also a big downside. The dining table has 4 chairs yet it is a house for at least 8 people. We were 5 and were unable to sit together for a meal. The dishwasher was full (turned out some of the missing cutlery was actually there), but it felt like had been turned out to run a while ago as when we opened it, the sealing came off which indicated it had been sitting there for a longer period. We ignored this all together. 2 bedrooms didnt have a remote for the AC unit so heating couldn't be used. One of the Bedroom had not been properly cleaned as my friend found medicinal syringes in the drawer. Big red flag. No stocked pantry i.e. salt/pepper and basic condiments you normally find in these types of accommodation was simply not provided. Overall - it was somewhat disappointing however it suited our quick short stay in the area.
