We have no complaints, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate the help and excellent communication from the agent.

The following additions would be helpful: A selection of basins with lids for the microwave are needed for cooking in the microwave Chopping/food preparation board A smaller kitchen knife. Additional blankets. Covers for the spare pillows so they can be used. (We did not find he pillows comfortable just too flat. Better ones would be appreciated). Information written out on how to use the room heating, cooling and wifi.

After arriving in Monopoli earlier than expected, Francesca was very helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated. Throughout our stay, the communication with Francesca was excellent, she was consistently helpful and friendly. ​The check-in and check-out process was very straightforward and uncomplicated. The apartment itself is spotless and extremely well-equipped, and we particularly valued the laundry facilities. Furthermore, we thoroughly enjoyed the balcony and the convenience of being able to park our car directly in front of the building. ​The location is ideal, with two supermarkets situated right next door within easy walking distance. Finally, the proximity to the beach was wonderful. We had a truly great time and can highly recommend this apartment. Thank you!

As is common in many buildings, some everyday sounds may be audible at times, however, this did not impact our comfort in any way.

Tout était parfait

L’appartamento è di nuova costruzione, semplice e moderno, provvisto di tutto l’essenziale per una vacanza. La proprietaria è stata cortese e disponibile, il parcheggio si trovava proprio sotto l’edificio e la posizione era ottima, infatti abbiamo raggiunto facilmente a piedi sia le spiagge sia il centro. È stato tutto perfetto!

Solo consigli: il WiFi non funzionava sempre a consiglierei un divano più comodo
