Great location, very clean and amazing apartment with everything we needed
The balcony door handle was broken, which resulted in someone being accidentally locked out on the balcony for a period of time until we realised and were able to let them back in from inside. The handle will need repairing or replacing to prevent this happening again. This would be a concern for someone staying on their own as they would have no way of getting back in at all.
We also had an issue at check‑in, as the parking and door entry codes provided did not work. We managed to get hold of Maria quickly and someone arrived within about 20 minutes to let us in, but it did make the arrival a bit stressful.
Finally, the parking clicker isn’t functioning. When we parked, we were unable to exit the car park and had to wait for a neighbour to let us out.

Very convenient, neat, beautiful, the staff are so well professional and they always stick to their words. They assist u in the slightest bits needed and make ur stay just as comfortable. When packing I accidentally left one item but he very kindly delivered it to me out of his own time. Honestly very fantastic staff and a great place to stay. Everything is accessible.

Spacious and well-located 3-bedroom flat just minutes from the station and Wembley Stadium. Plenty of room for a group or family, with clean, modern decor and all the essentials. The host was responsive and helpful. Great base for exploring the area or attending events—highly recommended!”
