Proximity to Wembley Stadium, Underground and local amenities.
Compulsory cleaning charge - it is set too high and it should be a refundable deposit plus a smaller cleaning charge so not to put people off.

In general decent apartment, close to the metro station, it was clean.
Not very well soundproofed. There was constant elevator noise and I could also hear neighbours talking early in the morning.

Apartment very well located near Wembley park metro station, very comfortable for a successful stay. Lots of restaurants next door and supermarkets too.
