The guest house is in a perfect location, with just a short hike to the beautiful Tsikhisdziri beaches. The view from the house is absolutely incredible, and I really loved the colorful interior and the little art pieces displayed throughout the property—they gave it a unique and cozy atmosphere. The family prepared delicious homemade breakfasts and desserts, which everyone liked.
Although the property itself was lovely, we found the atmosphere a bit uncomfortable at times and didn’t always feel completely at ease during our interactions with the hosts. There was also some confusion regarding the breakfast price, and the laundry policy was more restrictive than we had expected.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen!! Das Haus ist neu und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Gastgeberfamilie ist unglaublich freundlich. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war traumhaft und das Frühstück sehr lecker, auch wenn es extra kostet. Aber das ist es unbedingt wert!!
Die Anfahrt war nicht ganz unkompliziert, da müsste Booking seine Angaben anpassen!!! Die Gastfamilie hat jedoch Schilder aufgestellt, an die man sich unbedingt halten sollte und darauf vertrauen, dass am Ende des steilen Weges die Unterkunft ist😊. Auch kann man die Gastgeber jederzeit kontaktieren!!

Great view first of all! But also the hosts were super friendly and welcoming. The design of the house puts so much attention to details, it’s lovely! It also has a great terrace from which you can enjoy and evening drink 😉
Since you have an amazing view from top of the hill, you can imagine that the road there is not asphalted, but it was still fine for a normal car to reach it. If you’re not comfortable with mountain roads, it could be a problem, but not a big one, it’s worth it! The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, there were some hairs lying around. But this was not uncommon in Georgia 😅
