Da localização, com boas vistas, e muito tranquilo.
O apartamento tem um frigorífico em muito mau estado, não faz uma referijacao devida.a limpeza deixa muito a desejar ,(louça da cozinha suja e eletrodomésticos muito sujos). entre outras coisas....tendo algumas melhorias, é recomendável.

Lovely spacious apartment. Hard to get a two bedroom apartment these days in Praia da rocha and it's in a good area.
It's lacking somethings. Like glasses for drinking, two glasses for 4 people staying . The fridge is old and needs to be replaced. The next door neighbour is horrible grumpy old man who intimidated my 17 year old daughter and her friend every time they used the pool, they are polite girls who were just trying to enjoy an afternoon by the pool so in the end we spent very little time using the pool because of him and his friends.
