no specific communication or instruction on room or access. Thanks to the most helpful reception security personal we eventual, hours later, managed to contact the agents and arranged for keys to be brought through. Initial telephonic enquiry about our booking indicated that there was none. They eventually found it. Excuse was that we did not confirm a time on a radome e-mail. Room was neat with all we needed, bathroom really small and still waiting for a reply for an invoice from the agents which was forwarded by booking.com

The roof top pool is great
Overall very weird communication of the host/owner Terri; she mixed up bookings, contacted me on my arrival day accusing some for damage 🤪
no one welcomed me on arrival, not answering calls and took her 30 minutes to give me the details, check-in to outsourced to security guard
Rugs and shower would benefit from a deep clean

Nice sized modern clean apartment, good facilities, well equipped. Amazing location.
Extremely noisy at night could not sleep with the traffic. The apartment needs double glazing or sound proofing.
