Location, cleanliness, manager available, spacious.
No common bathroom area on the 1st floor. Second floor bedroom was warm despite central air.

We all loved the decor, the cleanliness and the comfortably.
We didn't like that it wasn't a half bathroom on the first level but not the fault of the owners.

Clean and modern
The noise from the helicopters kept us up all night on Saturday. That was terrible!! They flew over every 20mins..all night long. Also this property should have two parking permits. $30 the first day at Ocean (your recommendation) to park was ridiculous. Then they charged $75 the next day!! This should be stated in your advert, upfront. No bathrooms on the first floor was crazy.
