CozySuites at Showboat

Loved the two bedroom set up! Upon entrance there was 1st bathroom to the right. Then large living room kitchen dinning area combo. Now keep in mind it was plain comtepary chairs and a futon. Basic trendy furniture. Kitchen had basic supplies for reheating and preparing meals. Kitchen had small cook stove with oven, large fridge, microwave and dishwasher. Next we're the bedrooms, both had two queen beds and 1 desk. Very plain but comfortable. Large Walk thru closets that led into bathroom. Bathroom was loaded with towel sets and soaps and gels. Beds are on metal frames with high pile mattress. So no grand head boards or fancy post with swinging curtains. It's your plain bed with minimal sheet set and thin blanket. However, its ok because each room has its own climate control. So, you can be cold in bedroom and warm in living room. Your choice. Plenty of electrical outlets. Please keep in mind that this is an older place and has done great keeping up. So you will see, wear and tear of toilets, sinks and tubs. So if you are looking for a Waldorf, Towers or any Bonvoy luxury stay with roomservice, bell hops, adminety gifts and evening turn down service - this is not for you. However, if you are with your adult family or friend group that are clean, reasonably socially entertaining friendly. This is your place. Won't suggest any heavy parties or swinging from chandlers due to the quietness of the hotel hallways. Downstairs host a large amount of family fun games and a bar with a few food options at various hours of morning into early night. Not late night.

The only thing was 1 single TV located in the living room only!! So no laying in bed watching TV. You will be sitting or lounging in the living room area. Hope this will change!

Cleanliness of the condo, spacious and very comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. There were 4 of us so a third full bath was great. The small eatery by checkin had great coffee drinks and very good sandwiches and pastries. Great for a quick breakfast. Very nice waterpark and lots of arcade activities. Close to the pier and other nice properties with casinos. Location was very good.

The public areas could use some updating and better sit down restaurant. There should also be a person on hand at the property for cozy suites condo customers. Every time we needed something like blankets or paper towels( these were not originally provided so our request were for items that we should have had in our unit ) they would graciously tell us someone would deliver the items, but they never delivered anything until we firmly requested the blankets and they finally provided them. Not timely with requests at all.

Boardwalk. Place is big, beds are comfortable. Option to cook; was able to relax!! Thank you.

I liked that it was a fun location for my family for the water park. The room was spacious

Stood in line at the regular check in desk which took over 1 hr 45 min, at one point when writing to the on line booking , they stated that I should has a key code and just go to my room, I then exited the line and then was told after multiple text back and forth, that they apologize that I do need to go back in line and get my key from the desk, the full time with a baby and a 3 yr old was over 3 hrs to check in. Horrible process, I would have just rented a room if I wanted a long process. Furniture was warn, and couch falling apart, We were expected to take out the garbage and bring it to the dumpster on the floor. 1 elevator only worked for all floors so it was hard to get out to go downstairs
