Casa di campagna tradizionale che mantiene il suo charme con ogni comfort moderno (bagno e cucina nuovissimi e comodi). Giardino ampio e curato ad uso esclusivo. In zona rurale e silenziosa, ma vicina a villaggio con i servizi essenziali (piccolo supermercato, Boulangerie-patisserie, Bucherie etc). Buona base per esplorare la Cote d'Armor. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto discreti.
