Πολυ κεντρικα στα Εξαρχεια.
Εχει πολλη φασαρια μιας και βρισκεται στο κεντρο των Εξαρχειων και στον 1ο οροφο. Επισης, η ηχομονωση των δωματιων δεν ειναι ιδιαιτερως καλη.
