The location of this residence is great. It is centrally located with a grocery store right across the street and a mall with a movie theater within five minutes walk. View was amazing and easy to get to the historic center. Also easy access to get to all parts of island.

The unit itself was a nice size however there were some cleanliness issues as there were crumbs on the kitchen counters and floor. The kitchen and facilities was also not well stocked, there was no coffee or tea in the kitchen and there were extra pillows however no pillow cases. We noticed a few days prior to check-in that the reservation was only for two people and we are a family of four, we tried to modify the reservation online but when we couldn’t, we contacted the property manager to let him know. He told us we could pay in person. He did not tell us in advance how much it would be and we were shocked to learn when we checked in that the extra would be 600 Euro, payable immediately in cash and he did not provide a receipt on site. We knew that it would be extra but almost $700 USD was quite shocking and not planned for as it was half our original reservation cost. The entire experience with this property manager was less than welcoming in contrast to the experience that our family members had with another unit in the same building. It was not a personable experience, we felt rushed and the way the extra fee was handled was very off putting. As another reviewer said, this property would receive a better review if had a better property manager.
