Amazing location, convenient for trips. Lovely pool, and cleanliness of facilities. Even allowed a late check out no extra cost.

Everything. Facilities were fab.

Clean and spacious. Good location.

Security was rude and they wouldn't let us in arguing that the rental company should be there to meet us, that these are peoples homes and they can't allow just anyone in. Called the rental company multiple times and after 20mins or so finally got through. A rather frustrating and unpleasant experience especially given the price you pay. The rental company should be there for meet guests to avoid such

Nette appartement en mooi verdeeld. Locatie is dicht bij Funchal en je hebt een supermarkt tegenover. Ook zijn er verschillende restaurants en de bus station is dichtbij. De personeel was er altijd bereikbaar via whatsapp en dat voelde prettig. Bij het inchecken zijn ze naar de appartementencomplex gekomen, omdat we moe waren na een lange reisdag.

We hebben schone beddengoed voor 2 personen en er lag een extra deken zonder dekbedovertrek. Ook het uitchecken was om 10:00 uur ochtend, terwijl onze vlucht pas om 18:40 was. Wat logish is, maar we konden ook geen extra handdoeken gebruiken om te kunnen zwemmen. Of een pasje voor die dag om naar de strand te kunnen gaan door middel van de lift (welke alleen met de pasje te gebruiken is). De laatste dag voelde niet echt dat er flexibiliteit is met wat we wellicht nodig hebben om ons verblijf af te sluiten.
