The view from the living area and all bedrooms was amazing. The apartment was spacious, very clean and well appointed. There was an allotted parking space. The grounds, swimming pool and lift to the beach/promenade were also maintained to a very high standard. Communication from Sam Houses was second to none.
There was nothing not to like.

It was sparkling clean, everything was functional, view was beautiful.
As a family with young kids (4, 9 and 11) we felt a bit like in a museum. Kids were climbing the tree in the garden and security man came to tell that some of the apartment owners didn’t like it in the past. I asked if this is in the rules of the complex. He answered no, but he just wanted to let me know. So the apartment itself is nice, but i had no feeling that we can enjoy the outdoor territory.

Am besten gefallen hat uns der Service. Der Besitzer war für uns immer erreichbar, hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet und ist immer freundlich auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Dafür sehr großes Lob. Die Ausstattung hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen, die spektakuläre Ausblick aus jedem Raum war ein Traum. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Auszeit sehr genossen.
