Great communication with the host. Good location near to the beach. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it’s a good setup with everything you might need if you are cooking something. Could use with stronger coffee capsules.

Unfortunately it was hot and there isn’t any fan in the property. We did ask after check in but the hosts said everywhere has no stock of fan. We survived the stay but didn’t have good sleep at all. And the mattress is very soft and springy, it didn’t help with the sleep. We were sleeping on the couch in the living room. Some spiders and cobwebs around the house. Understood it’s hot at the moment and they probably come through the windows when the house was being cleaned. A mirror is needed in the bathroom. Front and back garden could do with a bit of clean and tidy up.

A three bedroom property in Broadstairs and about a mile and a half from the seafront, we found our two night stay there excellent. Easy access with a key safe and some helpful information in a large booklet inside, we found it a clean and modern place with all the amenities you could wish for, a good base to visit the whole area. Having a driveway to park on is always a bonus and we did a lot of exploring though bus stops for those without a vehicle aren't far away. Our bed was comfy, a nice sized bath to relax in after lots of walking and after one night out in town, found it a home from home to settle down for the evening on the second one. Would certainly stay again that is for sure. Oh, a shout out for our host Lee-Ann, she was in touch to ask how we were finding our stay, very considerate that I thought.

Not a dislike as such, just a suggestion to maybe have a table and chairs in the back for when the nicer weather pops up.
