Appartement tres sympa, refais entièrement à neuf. Bailleur tres reactif en cas de soucis (petite panne pour moi). Le secteur est très pratique (proche gare, et proche centre ville , - de 10 min à pieds) Le prix est plutôt raisonnable. Le petit kit de bienvenu : cafe, the, et affaire de toilette, c’est sympa.
J’ai trouvé le lit un peu trop souple à mon gout, mais cela reste un defaut très personnel.
